Sharing a Reformer session with someone you know can be a lovely way to stay motivated and enjoy your Pilates.
You don’t need to be at the same level. You might both be complete beginners, or one of you may already have some Pilates experience, it doesn’t matter. I’ll adapt the session to suit you both.
I can adjust the springs and exercises on each Reformer to suit you, so you can enjoy your session at your own pace without either of you needing to keep up with the other.
Work hard, have a laugh and enjoy Pilates together.
If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, bringing someone with you can make getting started feel much easier.
I’ll introduce you to the equipment, show you how everything works and guide you through each movement at your own pace.
There’s plenty of time to ask questions, work on your technique and become comfortable using the Reformer. As your confidence grows, we can introduce new exercises and challenges to help you progress.
We’ll take it at your pace, build your confidence and have a little fun along the way.

Although you’re sharing the session, you’ll each have your own Reformer. I can adapt the exercises and spring resistance to suit you, so you can both work at a pace that feels right.
You don’t need the same ability or Pilates experience. I’ll help with your technique and make adjustments throughout the session to help you get the most from each movement.
Reformer Pilates can help you build strength, improve flexibility, balance and posture, while developing better control and awareness of how you move.
I have over 17 years of Pilates teaching experience. I enjoy helping people discover Pilates and become more confident with movement.
